A person commits propulsion of missiles onto a roadway when he or she intentionally throws, shoots, drops, or causes to be propelled any solid object, from an overpass or any other location adjacent to or on a roadway, onto or toward said roadway. Propulsion of missiles onto a roadway is a misdemeanor of the second degree. If you are found guilty, you could face up to two years imprisonment and/or fines up to $5,000.
