Diane Kadash is an extremely experienced and accomplished civil litigator who has handled thousands of Personal Injury cases throughout the country and obtained judgments and verdicts for millions of dollars on behalf of her clients.   As a former attorney representing insurance defense against injured individuals, Ms. Kadash has a full understanding of the tactics and defenses used by the insurance companies.   Since coming over to the Plaintiff side, Ms. Kadash has had an extraordinarily successful track record obtaining favorable outcomes on the behalf of her clients.

Ms. Kadash received her Juris Doctor degree from Widener University School of Law in 1989 and her Master of Legal Letters in corporate law and finance from Widener University School of Law in 1995. She received a master's degree in public administration from Pennsylvania State University in 1986 and received her Bachelor of Arts degree in political science from Lycoming College in 1979.

Ms. Kadash is admitted to practice before the United States Court of Appeals for the Third Circuit; the United States District Court for the Eastern District of Pennsylvania; the Supreme Court of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania; the Supreme Court for the State of New York; and the Court of Appeals for the District of Columbia.
