Ryan R. Grace.

Attorney Ryan Grace is an aggressive trial attorney who draws on his lengthy career as a former Assistant District Attorney at the Delaware County District Attorney’s Office, where he worked for over ten years.  From November 2010 to January 2020, Ryan prosecuted cases of child abuse, sexual assault, and domestic violence in the Special Victim’s Unit.  During his career as a prosecutor he litigated over 35 jury trials to verdict as well as hundreds of bench trials and motion hearings, including multiple cases of child abuse and domestic violence homicide, and several prosecutions of elected officials and police officers for sexual abuse. Ryan was eventually promoted to Chief of the Special Victims Unit, where he oversaw all the investigations and prosecutions of child abuse, sexual assault, and domestic violence in Delaware County.

Ryan’s experience as a Special Victims prosecutor makes him an ideal attorney for victims of sexual abuse, violent crimes, and serious personal injury. Ryan can zealously fight for justice on behalf of anyone seriously harmed by another individual. His skill in the courtroom allows him to litigate a broad range of civil and criminal cases. He can present evidence in a clear and compelling way, as well as effectively challenge any evidence offered against his client. As a criminal defense attorney Ryan can negotiate very favorable outcomes, and is also prepared to vigorously challenge police investigations and contest evidence at trial.

Dedicated to serving his community, Ryan was appointed in 2015 by Delaware County Council to the Delaware County Drug and Alcohol Advisory Board. He is on the Board of Directors for the United Way of Greater Philadelphia and Southern New Jersey, and he served on the Delaware County Bar Association Board of Directors from 2017-18. Ryan also coaches the mock trial team at a local high school. He is licensed to practice in the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, the State of New Jersey and the United States Supreme Court.  Ryan graduated with honors from Delaware Law School, Saint Joseph’s University, and Saint Joseph’s Preparatory School.
